As Controller for Craft Construction, Shannon Haithcock is a member of the Executive Team and oversees Company and project financial matters including forecasts, projections, accounts payable and receivables, administration, bonding, insurance, owner direct purchases, contracts and liens, among others.

Shannon has over 25 years of construction industry experience, holding progressive financial management positions with Top 100 ranked contractors. She has worked on a myriad of notable South Florida commercial, institutional, residential and government projects. Her extensive experience and diligent approach with implementing effective cost management processes that expedite the receivables and payment process make her a valuable team asset.
