Set to open its doors in Fall of 2017, this 5-story business class hotel is located just outside of Miami International Airport with the intent to give the next generation of Business Class customers a new and comfortable hotel of choice.

The 127 hotel rooms are equipped with WiFi, lap desk, and flat panel HDTV. The hotel amenities feature a fitness studio, 600 SF outdoor pool, business center, lobby and limited service dining area.

As the Construction Manager, Craft spent months prior to the ground-breaking working on pre-construction, providing budget updates, value engineering, schedules and logistics plans with the design process.
