This new project in Doral, Florida is a 6-story business class hotel is located in the heart of Doral, Florida just a few miles away from Miami International Airport. This unique development shares a Fairfield Inn & Suites next door which allows the Baywood Hotels to offer guests two slightly different choices when traveling.

The 118 hotel rooms are equipped with WiFi, lap desk, and flat panel HDTV. The hotel amenities feature a fitness studio, outdoor pool, business center, full bar in the lobby and limited service dining area and both Valet and self service parking.

As the Construction Manager and working with the client on previous projects, Craft spent months prior to the ground-breaking working on pre-construction, providing budget updates, value engineering, schedules and logistics plans with the design process.
