Coming soon! Craft Construction’s Team is honored to have been selected for the Aletto at Sanborn Square project being developed by Compson Associates. Located in the heart of Boca Raton, this majestic complex will offer 144,000 sqft of Class A office space, fine dining, amenities, and a parking garage. The new mixed-use development will consist of two Class A office towers, ground-floor retail, dining, and a premier six-star rooftop restaurant located at 110 E Palmetto Park Road and 120 E Boca Raton Road in Boca Raton, FL. Designed by Vander Ploeg & Associate, the $250-million-dollar development will be the first Class A property in Downtown Boca Raton in 25 years. Colliers South Florida is handling leasing for the project.

Aletto at Sanborn Square is divided into two Buildings with a 550 space covered Parking garage. Leasing has been strong for the Compson Financial Center (Building A) is a ten-story building containing approximately 120,000 sqft of Class A office space. In addition, Boca Raton will have a new 10,500 sqft Rooftop Restaurant with expansive Ocean and City views. Two additional restaurants are located on the ground floor. The building will offer state-of-the-art conference facilities and a Rooftop Garden. Park Place (Building B) is a 24,000 sqft 6-story building which contains a 4200 sqft ground floor restaurant. Park Place also contains a rooftop garden and workout facility.
