The Residence Club is situated on a three and a half acre secluded property in Ocean Reef adjacent to the third fairway of the Dolphin Course in the private community of Ocean Reef. This high end residential offering is located in the exclusive Ocean Reef Club will be comprised of three residential buildings with one, two and three bedroom suites, covered parking, climate-controlled storage, and 18,000 sq. ft. private Concierge Clubhouse area with gym, spa , bar, card room and cafe.

The four story structure which is supported by piles will consist of a cast in place concrete with post – tensioned decks, concrete block and masonry infill with a stucco skin, and distinct Florida Keys architecture.

Craft assisted the Owner, Subcontractors and Design team with Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination to anticipate any constructability issues that may adversely impact the project schedule or budget. Craft worked in close coordination with site security to avoid disturbance with the club operation and maintain privacy for members.  Implementing innovative construction technology tools helped Craft provide excellent and on-time our project delivery system for our client.
