ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Project Executive, Carlos Sardiña is a member of the companies executive team managing overall site development construction activities including site plan design, permitting, budget development and management, schedule development and management, project start-up, negotiation of contracts and scopes, coordination of contractors, public utilities design and coordination, municipality acceptance and final turn-over of projects. Maintains continuous involvement at every stage in the construction process ensuring positive client, subcontractor, and company staff relations.
Provides company-wide leadership and advises the President and project teams on overall strategic direction and recommendations.
EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Carlos has over 28 years of construction industry experience and is a seasoned construction executive and accomplished bilingual business professional with a proven record of success managing over a $1 billion in projects. He has successfully directed, from conceptual site planning and budgeting, through design, to turnover and occupancy, thousands of multifamily units including apartments, townhome communities and ultra high-end custom homes/condos throughout Florida.
From site selection to turnover and delivery to management, he will lead the project team to create and deliver a financially successful and quality project for clients.
